Diet for rheumatism of the joints: menu example

Breakfast:

Mackerel Salad
100 g smoked mackerel, bulb, 2 pickles, a tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 h. spoons of tarragon, pepper.
Separate the meat from the skin and bones, and then finely chop. Also chop the onion, grate cucumbers. Mix the ingredients. Season the salad with fresh tarragon and pepper.

II breakfast:

Muesli with fruits
2 tablespoons of walnuts, 2 tablespoons of roasted buckwheat, a tablespoon of raisins, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
Grind the Ingredients. Store the mixture in a tightly sealed container.. 3 add tablespoons of muesli to fruit (select, eg, fresh or frozen strawberries).

Dinner:

Salmon baked in foil with carrots and parsley
Take 15 gr fresh salmon, cut carrots and parsley into slices, a spoonful of linseed oil, a spoonful of chopped herbs, lemon, tarragon and white pepper.
Sprinkle fish with lemon juice., sprinkle with tarragon and freshly ground pepper. Put in fridge for an hour, to get the flavor. Then put the pieces of fish on the foil, put slices of carrots and parsley on them. Wrap fish and vegetables tightly in foil., put on a baking sheet, insert into the oven heated to a temperature 180 °C, bake for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley at the end.

afternoon tea:

Jelly with fruits
1/2 cups frozen strawberries or blueberries, 1/2 cups of blackcurrant, 3/4 cups of chokeberry juice, gelatin packaging
Add melted gelatin to juice. Place fruit in a tall bowl, pour jelly, let cool.

Dinner:

Hindi salad
2 carrots, 1/2 small onion, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, a tablespoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of olive oil, half teaspoon minced ginger, tarragon
Grate carrots on a coarse grater, add chopped onion and chopped herbs. Season the salad with olive oil, lemon juice and fresh tarragon. Place in refrigerator for half an hour before serving.
